Some Alaskans could vote on LNG trucking plan

Residents of Fairbanks, Alaska, could get a vote on whether the borough should go ahead with plans to start importing liquefied natural gas by truck. The proposals, which would also bring propane to the region, are controversial because the body set up to handle the project was mandated to develop a gas pipeline rather than a trucking system.
