Extra effort is needed to retain overworked employees, experts say

Employers need to reward workers who took on extra work during the recession, experts say. "Unfortunately, the overwhelming amount of companies are not recognizing what they're asking of their employees. But as the market continues to get better, these [employers] are in for a huge wake-up call," says Kristen Lamoreaux, CEO of Lamoreaux Search.
