Apple hands over third beta of iOS7 to developers

Apple released its iOS7 beta 3 to developers Monday with fixes and tweaks to the iCloud, FaceTime and Messages applications. The update includes user interface changes to make the folders more transparent as well as improvements to the calendar. The operating system will be made available to the public in the fall.
