Bank of America's Twitter bot offers to help Occupy protesters

Occupy Wall Street protesters were bemused this week after their tweeted reports of a demonstration attracted Twitter messages from Bank of America. The tweets, apparently auto-generated by a customer-service Twitter bot, repeatedly asked the demonstrators what was wrong, and how Bank of America could help resolve their problems. "It's just large corporations making a fool of themselves on the Internet," Casey Chan writes.
