Can executives gain insight from historic battles?

The U.S. military has long trained leaders by having them visit historic battlefields, and corporate executives can benefit from similar training, writes Steven Ossad, founder of Applied Battlefield Concepts. Those who participate in these training programs "visit and study a select battlefield for the purpose of drawing parallels between that military campaign and their own corporate issues," Ossad writes.
