Colo. regulator studies rules covering oil, gas emissions

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is studying regulations that would cover emissions from oil and natural gas operations in the state amid increasing public concern. Encana is looking into the proposed rules, "giving input on what kinds of reductions are possible, given current technologies," said Bridget Ford, a spokeswoman for the company.
