Free online tool helps teachers evaluate education tech

Graphite, a program highlighted at the recent International Society for Technology in Education conference, is the "go-to platform for helping teachers make sense of an exponentially evolving number of digital learning tools," writes Joyce Valenza, a high-school teacher-librarian. The program, which is expected to fully launch in August, offers independent ratings and reviews of educational technology, as well as other resources, for free and without ads.
