Girling: Pipelines won't benefit from Canadian train incident

Despite what some say, the oil pipeline industry will not benefit from the fatal train accident in Quebec, Canada, said Russ Girling, president and CEO of TransCanada. "This is a tragic event that shakes everybody and shakes all of us that are in the business," he said. Girling said he also believes that the U.S. is not likely to make its final decision on the company's Keystone XL pipeline by mid-summer.
