Omnichannel retail is a reality at OfficeMax, a retailer that has made significant investments in e-commerce as it worked to further integrate its online retail presence and its more than 900 brick-and-mortar stores. "We strive to be everywhere our customers want to shop, and this is also reflected in our digital marketing efforts across tablet, mobile, desktop and SMS," said Tom Giacalone, the company's vice president for multichannel and e-commerce operations, who will present at Shop.org's upcoming Online Merchandising Workshop.
