How small businesses are creating leads on Facebook, LinkedIn

More than three-quarters of business-to-consumer marketers say Facebook has led to a sales conversion, while LinkedIn is nearly three times as effective as Facebook at generating new leads, according to data from Wishpond. The top examples of how businesses are attracting new leads through social media include free e-books, contests, webinars and ads for live events.
