Ind. work councils aim to boost vocational training

Indiana Works Councils are now in place throughout the state to help identify the needs of employers and develop ways for high schools, colleges, technical centers and other institutions to train individuals. Part of Indiana's effort to improve worker training is being supported by a $2.4 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor.
