Mexican "mommy makeover" goes awry for Texas woman

A Texas woman who went to Mexico for a "mommy makeover" after losing 150 pounds says she returned home disfigured and in need of medical attention. The clinic promised inexpensive procedures in a hospital environment, but was located in a strip mall. "Generally speaking, the surgeon who is providing a deeply discounted fee is not the surgeon who is well-qualified," said Houston Society of Plastic Surgeons President Christopher Patronella.
