Passengers have rights in event of a crash

Fliers may be wondering what their rights are in the event of a crash, such as the recent Asiana Airlines Flight 214 crash. Passengers can sue the airline, but other parties such as manufacturers could be named in the lawsuit if they were found to be involved. The Montreal Convention provides regulations for international flights.
