Study: Digital to boost worldwide ad spend

Global advertisers will increase spending 5.7% this year, more than twice last year's growth rate of 2.6%, reaching $545.4 billion, eMarketer predicts. The expected increase will be propelled by strong growth in online and mobile ads, as well as spending tied to the World Cup and Winter Olympics, eMarketer says.
