Study: Children eat more after seeing food commercials

Children exposed to food ads on television consume significantly more calories afterward than those who watched toy commercials, a British study found. Kellogg has responded to concerns about food marketing to children by setting new nutrition guidelines for foods marketed to children younger than 12, and Kraft Foods has altered its nutritional guidelines for food marketed to children.
