As the trend of converting hotel rooms into timeshares and condominiums continues, many of them are subsequently offered as lodging options for travelers. But travel agents have a variety of concerns about booking their clients into condos and shared-ownership units. "How many times have clients come back and said, 'We got this timeshare, so this year we only need [to book] air'?" asked Regina Nickels, a home-based agent in Littleton, Colo.
