Dentsu mulls Razorfish bid

Japanese ad-holding company Dentsu has tapped advisers to look into a bid for interactive agency Razorfish, which parent company Microsoft has put on the block. Microsoft came to own Razorfish through its $6 billion acquisition of aQuantive in 2007. WPP Group and Publicis Group reportedly have expressed interest in acquiring Razorfish, which is expected to fetch between $600 million and $700 million.
