Vitro's Tom Sullivan was once a repo man. Engine Group's Nina Jasinski sold shoes, and Draftfcb CEO Laurence Boschetto was a baker. Martin Agency CEO John Adams spent a summer digging graves, which, he explains, is very precise work.
