Calif. firm picks Colo. as site of biomass-to-gasoline plant

California-based Cool Planet Energy Systems has decided to build its future headquarters and first biomass-to-gasoline production facility in Colorado. The venture is expected to employ hundreds of workers through 2016 and and could get $3.1 million in tax incentives. The company runs a pilot-scale plant in Camarillo, Calif.
