China exports down in June

China's exports in June were down 3.1% from a year before, raising fresh concerns about the nation's economy and possibly derailing Beijing's goal of 8% export growth for the year. The latest figure combined with a 0.7% decline in imports yielded a trade surplus for the month of US$27.13 billion, down 14% from a year earlier.
