Cleveland's $324M Opportunity Corridor project advances

The initial engineering and an environmental-impact study have been done for a planned $324 million four-to-six-lane boulevard through Cleveland's east side. Now, with the receipt of $29 million in state funds, more planning can be done. Should funding fall into place and federal transportation officials approve the plan, the project could be completed by 2019.
