Conference highlights undertreatment of women in pain

Women have more chronic pain than men and report it earlier, but may not be believed by health care professionals, Cynthia Toussaint of For Grace, which sponsors the annual Women in Pain conference. A recent CDC report said more women are dying from painkiller overdoses, but Dr. Dan Bennett called the undertreatment of women in pain "a huge concern."
