Cool idea: "Concrete recycling" robot

The process of demolishing concrete buildings could be easier and more sustainable with Swedish designer Omer Haciomeroglu's concept of the ERO Concrete Recycling Robot, which could be a viable alternative to traditional demolition techniques, writes Adam Clark Estes. The robot used high-powered water jets to break up concrete, then "gobbles up the waste" and puts in bags for reuse in new construction. The concept is eco-friendly, but "it will take some heavy lifting to make robot-powered demolition a reality," writes Estes.
