If you've got a team full of "B" players with no candidates to replace you, it may be time to start recruiting externally to find that top-notch talent that can take over, John Beeson writes. "B" workers may have to be shifted to other areas to make room, or it may emerge that one of them is a "diamond in the rough," ready to move up with the right coaching and training, he writes.
