High-end hotels try to adopt a child-friendly vibe

Some upscale hotels are launching programs aimed at improving their appeal to children. The American Club's new Kohler Kidz program offers free child-friendly activities such as ice skating, arts and crafts and snowshoeing. The Amanyara resort in Turks and Caicos has a new program called the Nature Discovery Center, in which resident naturalists guide young guests on an exploration of the island's plant and animal life.
