Marriott eyes more than just check-in on mobile devices

Following the announcement that all Marriott guests will be able to use mobile services, Paul Cahill, senior vice president of brand management for Marriott Hotels, says the company plans to roll out more high-tech extras. At four incubator hotels, guests will be able to use mobile devices to make requests for extra towels, wake-up calls and the like.
