Merged Tenn. district plans to serve 3 meals a day

As two school systems in Tennessee merge, officials say they plan to expand school-meal service to offer free breakfast and dinner to all students. The dinners are intended to be nutrient-dense after-school snacks that will satisfy students' hunger until they go home, officials said.
