Combo of polio vaccines may boost children's immunity

Fewer children who received an injection of the inactivated polio vaccine in addition to the live oral polio vaccine had traces of serotypes 1 and 3 of the virus in their stool compared with those who received the oral vaccine alone, according to a study in The Lancet.
