Fetal heart parameters can predict hypertension, arterial remodeling

Certain fetal echocardiographic parameters such as cerebroplacental ratio and isovolumic relaxation time showed high predictive value for hypertension and arterial remodeling among intrauterine growth restricted fetuses, Spanish researchers found. The findings were published in the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
