Fiberight's Iowa project would reduce landfill waste, exec says

Fiberight, which is planning to build a garbage-sorting facility in Marion, Iowa, that would supply a nearby ethanol plant, can keep at least 100,000 tons of waste from ending up in landfills, said CEO Craig Stuart-Paul. Unlike other waste-recovery systems, Fiberight's technology converts the waste without burning it, Stuart-Paul said. The Marion facility is due to enter service by 2015.
