Foods Containing Trans Fat May Soon Have Warning Labels

A National Academy of Sciences study released yesterday could be the catalyst in prompting the FDA to create a new labeling rule by next spring, reports say. Researchers say they cannot recommend a safe level of the processed fat, which often is found in processed foods.
