Canada fights to end beef ban

Canadian officials are pressing the United States and other countries to end their bans on importing Canadian beef, following the discovery of a single BSE-infected cow this past Spring. U.S. regulators say they are working to reopen the border; Canada is losing $8 million a day as a result of the bans.
