IEA foresees increased diesel supply

The International Energy Agency believes a tight diesel market will ease in early 2009, when new refineries begin operations and the peak winter demand for the Northern Hemisphere subsides. "Supplies should increase over the second half of the year and into 2009 as new refining capacity comes on stream in both China and India," the IEA said.
