Asia faces challenges from capital inflows, the IMF warns

Dominique Strauss-Kahn, managing director of the International Monetary Fund, said Asia needs to deal with increasing capital inflows. "Major policy challenges include how best to manage the sharp rebound in capital inflows, and the related risks of overheating and credit and asset bubbles," he said.
