Tribal casino in Tahlequah, Okla., faces closure

A judge told the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians it must close its casino in Tahlequah, Okla., if it fails to have the land in trust by July 31. According to U.S. District Judge Ronald White's order, operations at the casino must halt "until such time, if ever, that the land is actually taken into trust by the United States, at which time the Keetoowah Cherokee may resume gaming operations."
