China reportedly considers foreign banks for bond-futures trading

In addition to 24 local banks, China's regulators reportedly are considering allowing HSBC, Citibank and Standard Chartered to have access to the country's newly revived government bond-futures trading market. Regulators are still considering how to launch the program 18 years after government bond-futures trading was banned.
