How to get feedback outside of the review process

If your company doesn't offer a formal review process, it's a good idea to set up an informal one to ensure you're hitting the mark in a new job or internship, Robin Reshwan writes. Ask your manager for a meeting in the first couple of weeks to solicit feedback and set up measurable goals for yourself, Reshwan recommends. Such actions demonstrate "you share the same priorities" and are "demonstrating a high level of professionalism and ownership of your work," she writes.
