Wis. students learn about sports medicine careers

Marshfield Clinic Sports Medicine recently hosted 25 high-school students from central Wisconsin for a program that explores the responsibilities of an athletic trainer and offers hands-on learning opportunities. "We wanted to give the kids an opportunity to find out what we do as a profession, and if this is something they're interested in, they could do it for their future careers," said Katie Luttropp, a trainer and course instructor with Marshfield Clinic.
