Brands bet on woman power to make videos viral

Procter & Gamble is the latest brand to focus on women to turn an ad into a viral success. At least 10 other drugstore products have tried to use emotional appeal to achieve viral success online while reaching out to women whose spending power is on the rise. "A female empowerment story will take off because the trend has gone mainstream," said M2W co-founder Nan McCann.
