The Justice Department, as part of its antitrust review of the proposed Comcast-Time Warner Cable merger, is said to have requested information from Walt Disney Co., Discovery Communications and CBS. In related news, Discovery has hired The Glover Park Group to represent its interests to lawmakers and the White House for the Comcast-Time Warner Cable deal and other "pending media transactions."
