Nursing professionals heed call of the call center

More health care professionals are heading to their computers and phones to help with emergency care and disease management programs across the nation. Companies such as IntelliCare and Health Dialog have set up call centers staffed with nurses, dieticians and other professionals who answer medical and wellness questions, and health helplines help divert non-emergency traffic away from already busy hospitals.
