Organic beef gaining in popularity

While natural and organic beef constitute only 2% of all beef sales, the popularity of such beef products is climbing, convincing many cattle producers to change their operations to meet rising demand. One proponent says higher prices paid by consumers for organic beef could attract more beef producers and eventually narrow the price gap with non-organic beef.
