Tunnel collapse site treated as crime scene

The attorney general's office has already started issuing subpoenas to parties involved in the deign and construction of the Big Dig tunnel where a woman was killed this week when 12 tons of debris collapsed on a car in which she was riding. The site is being treated as a crime scene and authorities say the accident could result in charges of negligent homicide.
