Residents of flooded Okla. town may not be allowed to return

Miami, Okla., a town of about 14,000, was inundated when waters from the Neosho River overflowed and remained above the flood stage for about a week. Now residents fear they may not be allowed to put their homes and lives back together in the damaged area.
