America's tech tycoons love boats, and they've spent hundreds of millions of dollars building some of the biggest and brashest yachts in existence. Larry Ellison and David Geffen reportedly spent $290 million to build their colossal 453-foot yacht, while Paul Allen kitted out his boat, the "Octopus," with two helicopters and two submarines. And there's no need to feel left out: for $315,000 a week, you can charter James H. Clark's yacht for trips around the Caribbean.
