Director: Female lawyers are angry over pay

Many senior women say they leave their jobs at law firms because of family obligations -- but the real reason might be because they're angry about unfair compensation, says Joan Williams, director of Project for Attorney Retention. She says firms need to increase equality in the system by using metrics to measure compensation, and ensuring more women and minorities are involved in compensation decisions.
