Does sexual rejection make men more innovative than women?

The nature of sexual politics means that young men are forced to experience rejection far more often than women do, and that gives them a head start when it comes to the business world, writes Chizoba Nnaemeka. We need to find ways to instill a similar "rejection gene" in tomorrow's female business leaders if we want them to shrug off early failures and embrace innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit, Nnaemeka argues.
