Harrah's may be the latest partner for Foxwoods Casino

Harrah's Entertainment could step in as a partner for the Foxwoods Casino project in Philadelphia, after Steve Wynn bowed out earlier this year. The Las-Vegas based company sold a 16-acre parcel of land to the original investors in 2005 for $67.3 million, but it will not be paid for the land until 2015. Harrah's operates a casino in Chester, Pa., as well as four casinos in Atlantic City, N.J.
