Interest in edible landscapes grows

Michael McConkey formed Edible Landscaping in Virginia when he noticed that more people have become interested in edible landscaping. He helps clients grow fruits and vegetables in their yards and garden plots. In Delaware, a summer program called Edible Plants of the Seashore focuses on edible landscaping.
