Fitness experts give tips on walking for exercise

Walking is a great exercise as long as it is done right, beginning with proper body alignment and gait, fitness experts say. Other tips include adding some weights for resistance, walking at different speeds and on different inclines, using a walking pole, and assuming a chair pose when stopped at traffic signals.
